Shipping and payment

The delivery of products ordered through the online store is carried out by courier ACS - Cyprus Economy. Shipping costs are calculated and paid together with the payment of the order.

Free delivery within Cyprus for all orders over 150 euros (incl. VAT).

For orders under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 7 euros.

You can choose for the products to be shipped to an address, ACS store or locker - for locker it depends on how big the package will be because of the lockers limited size.

Delivery Time

Due to the unique nature of each of our products, they are made to order and require 1 to 5 business days for manufacturing.

Delivery time is 5 to 8 business days for Cyprus.

For areas that are characterized by the courier as "hard to reach", the delivery time may vary. Delays may also occur during periods of increased demand, such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter or for other reasons.

After receiving each order, Poohy.cy contacts the customer by phone for confirmation. The shipment is not made without confirmation of the order.

Order Payment

When completing the order on the website, payment is made directly by card or by bank transfer.

Payment by card (Revolut)

Payment is made online via Revolut and the confirmation is made via the Revolut system.

Note: The bank account only accepts payments in euros. You do not owe any payment to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
