Our lightweight summer duvets made of goose down are ideal for the warmer months, when the room temperature exceeds 22°C. With a lower weight, typically between 65 and 100 g/m², they are light and breathable.

The 100% goose or duck down filling in the Poohy Grand Lux and Excellence models, with a high fill power (750–850 cuin), offers comfort without overheating. These duvets are suitable for those who prefer a lightweight cover or sleep in warmer rooms. Natural down wicks away moisture and maintains a comfortable temperature, which is especially important in the summer.

Spring/Autumn

Lightweight spring/autumn duvets are the ideal choice for moderate temperatures between 18 and 22°C. Weighing approximately 200 g/m², they offer a balance between warmth and lightness. The Poohy Excellence and Premium models, with 90%–100% down, are suitable for changing weather.

Some options, such as the Classic series, combine 30% down with 70% feathers, offering slightly more weight but stability on the body. Duvets with a higher feather content are suitable for those who want year-round comfort or live in a mild climate.

Winter

Winter duvets filled with goose down are designed for cold nights, when the room temperature drops below 18°C. With a higher weight, approximately 250–300 g/m², they offer warmth and comfort. The Poohy Grand Lux and Excellence models are ideal for people who feel the cold and for chilly bedrooms.

For even more warmth, Poohy offers very warm goose down duvets at competitive prices, weighing over 300 g, suitable for temperatures below 14°C. Down provides excellent insulation while remaining light and fluffy, unlike synthetic alternatives.

When choosing a lightweight goose down duvet, don’t focus solely on price—it’s important to consider your personal preferences. If you prefer light and luxurious bedding, 100% down comforters offer softness and volume, while a combination of down and feathers, as in the Basic model, adds weight and is more economical. 

The size of the duvet is also important. We recommend that it be 30–40 cm larger than the mattress so that it covers it well and provides comfort. For example, for a 120x200 cm mattress, the appropriate size is 150x220 cm for one adult or 200x220 cm for two people (double duvet). If standard sizes do not meet your needs, we offer custom-made options—ideal for non-standard beds and specific preferences.
